Yoga Experience

Yoga Experience is a space for people to explore the practice of yoga with the support of inspiring teachers. We aim to create an individual experience for each student and offer classes suitable for all levels of yoga practice. With continuing education as our focus Yoga Experience offers beginners, all-levels and advanced classes, plus a variety of courses, workshops and teacher training programes.

Our studio overlooks the Imperial Wanderers Cricket Stadium grounds & comprises of a split level double studio offering as well as the cricket pitch for yoga on the grass.

We offer a variety of yoga classes including Hot 26+ (Bikram); hot & non-heated Vinyasa (Flow) classes &Yin Yoga.

Our facility includes change rooms, showers and Yoga Cafe where you can chill, enjoy a smoothie or freshly made juice, coffee and more. We encourage our students to use our space to escape the daily bustle of the city, take time out, enjoy the bird song and journal or use our free WiFi as shared work space. We custom design workshops for corporate and team building events based on physical and mental health and well-being.

You can also rent our space for functions.
